Our understanding of the building and planning process in Cornwall sets us apart from other developers and
we only take on projects that we feel wholly confident in. 

We set up an initial consultation with each client to take them through the process and stages. On agreement of a purchase price, we then manage the project and associated costs, submitting the planning application, the subsequent approval process and any revisions required.
